Mosaic Dance Circle (MDC) is a community dance forum, based in the San Francisco East Bay. Originating in Benicia, CA, MDC's mission is to promote dance, flow arts, and embodied movement meditation as pathways to physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and community health.

Mosaic Dance Circle offers a variety of classes, special events, and community gatherings centered on dance, movement, and wellness. Our goal is to create nurturing, inclusive spaces for participants to connect with their bodies, embrace holistic wellness, and build connection with other dancers and mindful movers, with a special focus on building a vibrant holistic dance community in Solano County, CA. All bodies are welcome, regardless of experience or fitness level. Dancing, especially in community, is a powerful tool for emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being.
